2 Pass flytende kald plate for LED-løsninger

      Recently , we are working on the thermal design with Italy customer for the LED heat dissipation. Due to the limited space in the LED application, we found it is very difficult to use air cooling heatsinkto meet the high power TPD. After some thermal simulation  verification, Sinda Thermal engineer found a small liquid cold plate solution can balance the performance and the cost. This cold plate design contains an aluminum base, with a copper tube press into the base ,forming a 2 pass liquid channel. This LED liquid cooling plate has very high reliability and the production process is also very mature. We will wait for customer's final approval and then build serval samples for system test. 

    For liquid cooling, the medium is liquid, the coolant recycles in the system to absorb and transfer the heat, the working efficiency is pretty high, and there is litter noise when is operating.
